Josh Stolz

Joshua Stolz, M.S. works primarily at the intersection of genomics, data science, and software engineering to support biologists in data processing. His research has consisted of a wide range of questions in complex molecular biology: 1) developing a tool to call SNP variants in cancer samples, 2) visualizing a miRNA coexpression network in bladder cancer samples, 3) developing novel methods of chromatin digestion and quantitative methods of analysis in yeast, and 4) developing pipelines for co-expression analysis and differential expression in postmortem brains. Josh graduated from Indiana State University in 2015 with a B.S. degree in biology, followed by his graduation from Rowan University with a M.S. degree in bioinformatics.
